We’re Kamil and Cherelle, longtime best friends turned business partners! Prior to the soul aligned work we do now, we spent eight plus years creating and delivering dynamic workshops to youth around the country centered around social emotional learning and other skills to aid them in not just surviving, but thriving. However, on a holistic level, we weren’t thriving. In fact, we were burnt out by the expectations that society places on many women of color to give, give, give without much in return.
Where we are today in our journey of being well didn't happen overnight. It's been a decade-plus journey that takes us back to our junior year of college when we experienced the traumatic and tragic loss of our two linesisters. We didn't have access to the support we needed; honestly, there was no blueprint to follow for caring for ourselves. It's been a lot of trial and error along the way and even some unhealthy escapism masked as coping, but we've learned a thing or two. We began having real conversations with each other and our friends about the barriers to wellness and how in a lot of ways, it was never marketed as something accessible to women who looked like us or shared similar cultural backgrounds. Thus, The SoulFULL was born as a way to bridge the gap and build community in a way that strengthens us as not just individuals, but a collective.

It’s Your Girl, Mil!
I’m Kamil, or as my friends and family call me, Mil. If there’s one word I’d use to describe myself it’d be expansive.
On any given day, you can find me exploring all things life through my writing, building deeper connections and community, jamming to a vibey playlist, talking about grief and loss, rereading Audre Lorde’s Sister Outsider for the 5011th time, laughing until my stomach hurts, and pondering on the deeper meaning of life. I’m a scorpio moon which explains a lot.
My roots are southern, but my branches led me to DC for eight years before moving to Mexico in 2020. I have a wanderlust I can’t shake, so who knows where I’ll end up. Wherever I land, I wanna feel free.

I’m Cherelle, or as my friends and family call me, Relle. I’m a Jersey girl with a southern flair and an adventurous soul. After a conversation one summer evening in 2020, I made a move to Mexico and began to experience the freedom & energetic recalibration my spirit needed.
As a Cancer sun & moon, my intuition and emotions run deep, and my Sagittarius rising is the flame that fuels my thirst for new places and experiences.
